Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026. Short version: we collect very little, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, business name, website, and whatever you type in our forms or emails.
- What we get from your visit. Basic things like which pages you looked at, which browser you used, and roughly which country you are in.
- Client data. When you hire us, we work inside your GoHighLevel account, so we can see your leads and contacts. We only look at what we need to do the job.
2. Why we collect it
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To do the work you hired us to do.
- To send invoices and keep our records.
- To send our weekly email, if you asked for it.
- To make this website better.
3. What we never do
We never sell your data. We never rent it. We never hand your client list to anyone else.
4. Who else sees it
Only tools we need to run the business, such as our email provider, our payment processor, and our project tool. They only get what they need. We also share information if the law makes us.
5. Cookies
This site may use simple cookies to see how many people visit and which pages they like. You can turn cookies off in your browser and the site will still work.
6. How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client, plus the years our accountant tells us to. Everything else we delete when we no longer need it.
7. Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct something.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from our emails with one click.
- Remove our access to your account any time.
Email us and we will act within 30 days.
8. Keeping it safe
We use strong passwords, two step login, and only give team members access to what they need. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.
9. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this page in a big way, we will email clients and update the date at the top.
